Whilst many see Milling and WaterJet Cutting as competitive processes, here at Creative WaterJet we treat them as complementary process.
The WaterJet is capable of producing intricate shapes and holes in just about any sheet or plate material, however if the design calls for chamfers, blind holes or pockets or tapping then this needs to be done as a secondary operation on a machining centre.
Our Mazak VTC 200B has a large working area and 24 station automatic tool changer, ensuring parts are processed quickly and efficiently, keeping costs and lead-times to a minimum.
